TakeAlot or ShameAlot?

I'm getting so tired of TakeAlot.com, I ordered a 8000mAH wireless charging battery bank for my iPhone it clearly states that the battery bank charges with a type C plug. Order it and it eventually arrives, and it is not a type C charger...

They are becoming such a **** website and supplier. And then don't try and call them... They make out as if its your fault for ordering the wrong thing and you must log a timely return. How does that help me when i need it for the weekend!!!!

This is the 4th product that I have ordered from them that has arrived and is totally different from what was ordered...
