Takealot or rather Waitalot....

Dear Takealot, I now resort to social media. I have asked 3 times for feedback on a delivery that went passed the date but no delivery took place. The first time I got response that you will check. The second time you gave an explanation that the parcel was sent to the wrong distro centre *****ie mistake in todays era) and the third I didn't even get a response. Not even the status check has changed and still shows the old delivery date. Have a talk with your employees as they are putting the whole brand to shame....
