Takealot or ****alot?

I ordered 2X Swing chairs from takealot 2 weeks ago and I only received 1 upon delivery. It took a week to get some kind of communication from takealot, the worst was trying to deal with the call center, whom seem under qualifed for their job, they just pass you over to the next agent who then needs to start the whole miserable process again! I've been going back and forth with these agents who can't even get a supervisor to call me back. It seems they send you in circles in hopes that you just get tired and stop. I've even had theor agents hang up. This is the most pathetic service I've received from a such a big company. May I add that my purchase has still not been resolved.
