Takealot only takes sellers money and stock

I would not even give a star but unfortunately I have to select 1. Takealot as a small business you have crippled me. you staff is impolite and careless. my stock gets damaged by your drivers, I have seen how they through the packages in the vans, you suspended my account, holding more than R8000 from me and the products your are accusing me of being **** has no returns. please pay me money if you want to keep the money for 3 months of the products that you suspect is **** then do so but my own nameless products you have no right to keep my money I am going to seek legal action regarding that and I will tell everyone my experience. I have emailed and called numerous times. My stock gets lost and the returns don't get put back into stock all you do is take take take with no consideration for small businesses, please unsuspend my account so I remove all my stock and sell on Jumia and Makro rather seller ID ***2
