Takealot only delivers half the product ordered

I ordered a product through the take a lot website. It stated that it was a 30 day product. When the product arrived it was only for 15days. After emails back and forth, including photos of the websites advert and the product received. There was no reponse to my questions in the emails. Just a standard apology email each time.
