Takealot : Online Purchasing is a Nightmare at times

I purchased a kenwood dual airfyer from takealot and returned it within 7 days due to one side not working. Everything was returned as requested, just the loose trays were in the baskets inside the airfyer. Its almost 3 weeks and still no way forward. Now its an issue of contact them to find out exactly what is the issue to resolve this. The contact no *** just rings (no answer)
