Takealot online order purchase

I placed an online order at Takealot on November 25th, which was said to be delivered to me on December 1st delivery hours between 08:00-17:00 and on Monday November 30th I received a WhatsApp voice call at around 19:45 from the delivery asking me if I’m at home as he is on his way to me to deliver my Takealot order, I waited and waited and he didn’t pitch. On Tuesday morning I received an “Return Logged” email from Takealot, I called them to find out what’s going on as I never initiated the process. Fast forward to Wednesday 2nd December morning Takealot sends me an sms saying my order will be delivered on 3rd December at 5:00pm and than in the afternoon Takealot again resends me another sms to say my order is rescheduled for delivery before 7:00pm and once again I waited no one (delivery guy) called let alone pitched to deliver my order. I am fuming and all I want is my ****** order.
