Takealot on its way out?

After years of excellent service, Takealot messed up my order by sending my parcel to the "wrong courier company". Delaying my delivery with two days. Shame on you Takelot. With your wealth if experience you should know better. Maybe this is an early earning that Takealot is on its way way out....
