Takealot on autopilot no service delivery

It's been 4 days waiting for a call back request from a manager, every day I'm being told my issue regarding a return is being escalated but nothing changes, same story every day. Call center agents rude, cutting off calls, impatient all this because they are working from home with no supervision. Returned logged 09 Jan nowhere near to be finalised. Order number ***
