Takealot Olympus Pickup Point deliver terrible service

Once again the Takealot pickup point at Olympus delivers pathetic service! Standing in the line for over 15m. No one at the desk...one assistant at the back and the other assistant came walking in (dragging her feet) after being gone to go buy a cool. drink. PATHETIC SERVICE!!! This is not my first complaint about this pickup point as well.
