Takealot olympic 1.8m weight lifting barbel

Iv ordered items on the 28/10/2025,i received the items on the 06/11/2025 of which 1 item was totally incorrect i then logged it to be picked up and replaced(1.8m olympic standard weight lifting bar) the bar delivered was 1.5m bar.The item was picked up on the 10/11/2025 after the agent i spoke to requested that i email photos of the incorrect item which iv done,this morning 11/11/2025 another agent told me they need the item to be reviewed still after i sended the photos what was supposed to used for the review.The agent informed me that i takes 3 to 4 days for the return to be finalised and then i must wait again couple of days to receive the correct item that was ordered she then told me there is no stock of that specific item which i told her there is 2 in stock according the app...i asked to speak to a manager and was told to me that i cant as they need to request the manager to phone me....THIS IS PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST SEND FROM PILLAR TO POST WITH NO ANSWER AS TO WHEN I WILL RECEIVE THE ITEM I PURCHASED.The after sales service of takealot is pathetic
