Takealot of your time and money

Takealot does not care about their customer, I'm currently busy with their "Customer care". A slow and painful process of E-mailing back an forth that constantly is abandoned. I need to reply over and over waiting for a new agent to respond. This is the third time this year that I'm In this situation, the two previous occurrences were due to incorrect items being delivered and this time it was an issue with their delivery speed for an order that had "Next day delivery". I've also had other issues with other orders, all this in the span of 5 months.

I order online quite frequently, when Amazon SA arrives I will never use Takealot again.
