Takealot of your money

Placed a huge order including a combo set. Only 1 item of combo set delivered. When I queried it, I was met with nonsensical requests and passed from one service agent to the other. Eventually I challenged their customer service claims as they refused to resolve the issue on my terms (which were reasonable - refund for the item they did not supply since even their silly process asks for a "Thats not what I ordered" ticket to be logged - I refused because the customer should not do the work to resolve the issue).

2 of the service agents promised they would conduct a full-on investigation! HA! What a joke, they wouldn't know a Quality Assurance Investigation procedure if it slapped their ass...useless.

Most of their employees seem barely literate as their communication s****s are absolutely awful...

The latest request was to escalate all the way up to the CEO
