Logged a return on 05.08.19 to return a faulty item. It took them 7 days to return the item to the supplier on 12.08.19. Was informed on 17.08.19 that the supplier is replacing my item, which I am still now waiting on 29.08.19 to receive. It has not even been shipped from Takealot although they have apparently received it more than 3 days ago now. This is in contravention of their own 21 day refund/replacement policy as per their website. Now they will try and blame it on the supplier instead of their own incompetence. Previously have returned item to same supplier and had it delivered back to me in 2 days, so I highly doubt the fault is on their side.
