Takealot of time to deliver

So I'm usually a huge fan of takealot, always encouraging people to try it. But I have been disappointed by them recently, as I had to place an order 3 times, of which delivery automatically gets failed on the day of estimated delivery. I kept putting my pride aside and re-ordering because I really need the stuff. I wonder if 3rd time will be a charm. Dear Takealot, please improve your service, this is unacceptable. #WIN
