💩 Takealot of time service

Takealot's service is getting worse by the day. Had to return two products in one week due to the incorrect items delivered. The one product was credited to my Takealot account and the other one seems to be in line to be credited to my bank account. I've received a SMS today stating that my refund will be paid back as soon as Takealot receives the money from the merchant 🤔 now this is what **** me off the most, I bought the item from Takealot, not the merchant, or is Takealot just a type of post office? I would not be supporting Takealot any longer, even though I was a regular customer.
