Takealot of ******* dot com

Absolutely pathetic... ordered a part online.. paid c.o.d.. found part to be fauly and sent back for refund... system says refund completed but i have not receieved my money... they said they returned to my bank account . Im a bit confused as they never asked me bank details.. they unwilling to give me the account number they used... all i can say is they a bunch on lyjng *******
