Takealot of Stress

I will never recommend the purchase of online books from Takealot. I am frustrated and am beibg send sent from pillar to post on two books I purchased on their site and have been unable to access. Now am told I must send screenshots to determine if I can get a refund. My intention was to acquire the books and if getting to download a book following recommended downloable apps and still unable to access these on two separate devices, I might just as well go the traditional route to a bookstore. I don't need to study IT, I just need my books available without the grammar from the callcentre
