Takealot of stories to refund

I requested a return for a headboard on Monday, on Tuesday the driver came to collect the item with a small car and he took pictures and told me he wasn't aware that the item was so big, he will inform them to bring a truck the following day. on Wednesday another rocked up to collect with another small car, the same story, the collection was rescheduled for Thursday, on Thursday no one showed up and on Saturday (today) I checked and apparently the return was concluded, how does it get concluded when I still have the item here in my house? I just want my money back you can collect the item whenever you feel like it, I want my refund.
