This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company.

1- Bought a R1200 Mi Media Box only to find it does not power up. 2- Booked an exchange only to be told that my exchange was collected by me. (Which it most definitely was not) 3- Contact customer service to resolve and get told this more than a month later. "Good day Steve

I have been informed that the item was collected by you and they have given you a call on the 7th of Feb to confirm this and you agreed on this.

Should you dispute this please make your way to the warehouse so that they can assist you in locating the order.
