Takealot of Nothing and rudeness!

I'm still waiting for feedback on what has happened to my order which was meant to be delivered on the 7th of March. They don't respond to email, tweets or DMs on time and when they do, they have no information as to where my order is nor when it will arrive. Amazon takes exactly one week for a delivery, which still needs to go through customs(just by the way), but these ones don't even know where my package. Very repugnant levels of poor service. It's very clear, Takealot needs competition.
