Takealot of nothing

so my Fiancée bought a TV stand on the 3rd she was promised delivery on the 9th the product arrived on 13th Takealot wanted to charge me to deliver it on the weekend even though they where at fault when the package arrived on 13th it was missing pieces its a self assemble product and today we still waiting for a replacement the call centre is inconsistent and not reliable I'm really disappointed in the service we have received from such a reputable company very poor service
