Takealot of Nonsense

We bought a doggie bed for our puppy three weeks ago. Upon receipt of the bed I told my wife, it seems as if it’s poor quality, against my better judgement we kept the item and allowed our dog to use it three days later the stitching around the canvas part started coming loose my wife immediately contacted TakeAlot whom advised we should return the item( which we did) they then kept the doggie bed for a period of a week just to let us know that this is due to normal wear and tear!!!! What!!! Three days?! Wear and Tear for a puppy that doesn’t even use it because she prefers to sleep on the bed with my son?! I will not and recommend the greater public to not do business with TakeAlot. They’ve refused to refund me my R535.00 for the bed and on top of that I was told by one of their call centre representative that it could’ve been my children that broke it. Thank you for your outrageous response and even worse service I hope you know that this is the last penny you’ve ******** me out of and guess what, I won’t be leaving it as is
