Takealot of NONSENSE!

<p>I placed my Christmas shopping orders late Nov. I was advised that everything was ready for collection which was great, however I was not able to collect to I requested a change to courier on the 8 Dec telephonically and it was confirmed via e mail. I then requested the delivery date as these are all Christmas gifts. I was advised I would have it all by 19 dec, this has cme and gone.When i quered it, I was told the warehouse had not received the message, there was no way to gurantee that I would get it in time for Christmas. I called them today 22 Dec to see what is happening and it is all STILL waiting to be collected...no courier option. This is after I have had to replace a purchase as they no longer had in stock as well as an order for a cookbook which they now tell me is not availabel from thier suppliers anymore - when an order is placed, do they not have a stock take system so as to alleviate the problem of people ordering unavailable stock??? This has been a very frustrating experience, I still dont know if my kids will have thier presents on Christmas day :(</p>
