Takealot of my time,bad service deliery

Takealot.com is giving me endless problems with a replacement screen protector. The damaged unit was sent and they some how misplaced the unit or not able to understand the request. Each time the courier comes to deliver the replacement, the driver asks for the damaged unit which was sent ages ago!
