takealot of my patience and time!!!

Ordered a Chefs knief. When I opened the box the knife was shoved into a Cleaver knief's box. The sponge cut-out form inside the magnetic box was intended to fit a Cleaver knie and NOT a Chef's knife. I returned the item stating exactly the same. My return was rejected stating I should refer to an email comminication which never came through. I have been on the phone with extremely rude takealot call center agents since 07h30 this morning. What I managed to gather is that the reason gir return was incorrectly logged - a mistake made by takealot. The wors service I have received in a LONG time. With so many other online retail providers in the market I STRONGLY ADVUSE TO STAY AWAY FROM TAKEALOT.COM the have let the ball drop completely
