Takealot of my patience

I order items which was due for delivery today and later this afternoon i just receive a sms that my package cannot be delivered because I am not available. Well firstly you guys have delivered MANY MANY packages at my office while i am not here and now all of a sudden you have protocols?

Let me tell you No one called me as I have no calls, missed calls or voicemails from you and you certainly were not at my office.
