Takealot of my money for nothing.

This company is either owned by ********* or they hired a bunch of *****'s... I ordered and paid for JBL Tune500bt Headphones.. their App estimated the delivery for the 2nd of April 2019. On Friday the 29th of April which is 2 days before I checked their App in the morning around 07:55, their App said my order is paid for and waiting to be dispatched... Now I go about my day on Friday... So my friend asked me how does the app work and the ordering process... As I open my app to show him I see that under my order it said signed by Priscilla.P. i check properly and it says it was delivered to my address at 9am that same Friday it was signed by Priscilla.P... around 9am I was home no one came to deliver.... I let then know about this instead they make me wait telling they are waiting for feedback from the drivers team. I have to be the one asking them for the progress about my query worse they are relaxed about this because my money is with them... A few days passed they informed me that there was a miscommunication about my order only later it will be dispatched... They told me I will receive my order that same day by 5pm their driver arrived around 6:30pm my girlfriend was home at that time she just received the package and she never opened it... I got home just after they left to find that they now delivered the wrong item... They delivered a Microsoft office 365 I even noticed that the sticker that states my address and my information was put on top of another sticker. I took pictures of the thing and sent it to them....

It clearly states these people are a bunch of ********* considering how when they had to deliver the right item they went to their own person and claimed to have delivered to me.

When they deliver to the right person and address they brought the wrong item. I asked to refund me before they even brought the wrong item because I knew this would happen or worse they would bring a used item to my house.

Now they are giving stories that the item that was supposed to be delivered to me is got delivered in Pretoria... That's not my fault any of this is happening... I just want my money, they want me to wait till they collect this thing they delivered at my house till then I won't get my money back. What if I give them this this and I have to chase after them again for my money.

I feel as if I should take this to my lawyer because companies like this have no Q/A, no proper face to face help desk, no support and they never do follow Up's.

I just ask myself was it difficult for them to dispatch another item that I ordered instead bof me having to wait for sweet nothings.

I'm very unhappy with this I was taken for an idiot. ********** 302
