Takealot of my money...

I am extremely disappointed with the pathetic service from Takealot.com!!!! I purchase from Takealot at least 3 times a month, I have 90% of my orders delivered to my home address. I ordered one item for delivery last week, the order never came, and days later I got an email, telling me that my order was cancelled due to delivery that could not happen... when inquiring through many emails back and forth, I got told that the driver could not find my address (keeping in mind that I have had an obscene amount of orders delivered to my house from takealot) and the driver NEVER CALLED me, as I did not 'leave an instruction on my order', for the driver to call me... Takealot drivers and all other courier companies phone the person they are trying to get hold of... nope... I got an email 4 days later... and when i saw the email on the 5th day i got an "oooops... your order has been cancelled and it is being returned to the warehouse..." excuse me? I want my order... apparently i cannot get my order... I don't understand the logic???? Lets not even begin to talk about the fact that the item was on sale last week and it is now back to full price and takealot is now going... oooops sorry... we cant help you... but we do apologize for the inconvenience.... pathetic!!!! I have also asked for my request to be escalated... nope... i got ignored.... I just have to put this out there, I LOVE TAKEALOT... I am on the website every single day... i shop ALOT! but if this is the way I am being treated, I will never shop on TAKEALOT ever again... I would really appreciate if someone can make contact with me regarding this issue that in my opinion is extremely unsettled. Thank you
