Takealot of my money dont deliver anything now wait almost 20 days for refund

I ordered and paid same day then couple days later Takealot came back and said they cant get stuff and they cancelled the order i sent them an email to refund my bank with my details NINE DAYS LATER NO MONEY REFUNDED i send more emails asking why no follow ups and why no funds paid yet now i got an email says i will only get it on 23 Jan.... Wow you take my money & dont place order Takealot cancelled the order and dont give my money back same day .. Now i have to wait 20 days for refund ...... Unprofessional sooo shocking ... That is almost 20 days to get refund back..... Why why why cant you refund me ASAP i paid but your website didnt deliver now i must wait...... Its a joke
