Takealot of my money and give me the middle finger

They deliberately sell goods they know they don’t have stock of and then continuously move the delivery date forward whilst you source the goods.

I bought a voucher only for these items which I now cannot get refunded and clearly can’t use anywhere else. So it’s a win win for them as they don’t have to render good service to me, as they have my money, so they happily stick the middle finger in my face and there is nothing I can do about it.
