Takealot of my money

Ordered a bunch of stuff. One of the items (high grade thermal paste for electronics) was missing. The parcel was received on the 22nd of December and I emailed in immediately. I was asked some questions about the condition of the package, which I answered, and a photo of it. I was promised a resolution withing 24 hours. I have received no further communication and the phone number just rings and rings ad infinitum. That grease was urgent for a very specific pc build and I've had to buy it elsewhere so I expect a refund. So far this has been a painful waste of time and airtime.
