Takealot (of *****) Makro WINS

I set filters to Durban - In Stock - Get it Tomorrow.

I bought a Washer / Dryer, Dishwasher and a Gas Hob. In my basket it still said Get it Tomorrow.

I added the amount of Gas hob from 1 - 2.

I paid the R17500.00 and after it said delivery in 1 week.

After getting hold of Takealot (of time and money) they said that the Washer / Dryer, Dishwasher and ONE Gas hob was in Durban but the second Gas Hob was in Cape Town so they had to ship EVERYTHING from Cape Town.

I complained that they should have shipped the Washer / Dryer and Dishwasher from Durban for next day delivery. They said its not how it works. (I think its just ineptitude or some kind of *****)

Eventually they call to say they have the 2 Gas hobs here from Cape Town and will deliver those.

I ask about the Washer / Dryer and Dishwasher THAT WERE ORIGINALLY IN DURBAN and get told they are still shipping from Cape Town...

They are retarded and take your money with promises but don't intend to deliver on them.

Shop at Makro and get it delivered. SIMPLE.
