TakeAlot of empty promises

I'm not one to complain or write poor reviews but my experience with TakeALot has been so awful that I feel compelled to write this. I ordered a parcel of gifts for my partner's birthday from takealot. The order was sent to the wrong province at first. It was then rescheduled 4 times with a firm commitment that it would arrive on the 5th attempt... only for it to be rescheduled once again because it was still in the wrong province! I really thought they would know their way around South Africa, being an SA brand after all. Clearly I was mistaken. Please invest in a map of SA takealot and perhaps learn to keep your promises.
