Takealot of Empty Promises

I had 2 pairs of sneakers on the delivered on the 16 June 2020. 1 of the pairs was a wrong size, i ordered a size 7 and the company delivered a size 7 & 1/2. I made a return order on the 17th June 2020 and still today it hasn't been collected. There is no communication from the company except a lie of an sms that says my parcel will be collected today before 5.

Unacceptable customer service , Takealot does not care about the consumer's rights.
