Takealot of disappointments.

Takealot is the worst online shopping App i have ever used. My son was extremely excited about the backpack i ordered for him from these guys, only for the order to be cancelled twice without a reason. I should not have even bothered to try ordering it for the second time. What a complete waste of time. I had to also cancel my subscription plan, because clearly i cannot continue paying for delivery services to people that do not have any intention of delivering the items they are selling. I also had to apply for a refund, because clearly, i cannot keep my money in an App that will not finish the order. I am utterly and extremely disappointed in Takealot. It seems like they are on a mission to loose customers.
