Takealot of bull**** yeah

Well it seems they are consistant, after waiting an entire yesterday as delivery was promised 8th Jan 2019 between 9-5. When I called yesterday at 10am I was advised by Shoneez that she would follow up with the courier and get back to me as there was a problem with my address, when I asked her to read the address she had, it was the correct address, so where's the problem. Shoneez did not call me back, but I called them to follow up, I was advised they could not locate Shoneez as I did not have her surname. I asked to speak to a team leader and before I was put on hold I asked the gentleman for his surname- he advised that he was not allowed to give me his surname. So how would you locate 'Shoneez' then doesnt she have the same employee? Same rules apply dont they. Anyhoo, I spoke to a team leader who promised to to keep me updated and I would definitely get my order by 9th Jan 2019. I received 2 emails from her today confirming my order was on it's way. I then also received an email from Amina Adam's advising my order would not reach me as there was a delay. Hmmmm.... Team Leader X couldn't take my call after I sent a follow up request on delivery.
