Takealot of bad service

I order a TV on the 12th of October and I was told that the TV would arrive on the 15th. They didn't deliver on the 15th and decided among themselves that the delivery will take place on the 17th without checking with me. They failed again to make it on the 17th and claimed that I wasn't there to receive the TV, no call was made as I waited for the delivery. They have decided again to change the delivery date to the 18th of October without checking with me.
