Takealot of bad service

I ordered the Joye Caffeluxe Central Peak FRIENDS Coffee Gift Set. The order arrived (not in a box, items only taped together) without the frother. Order was thus incomplete. I queried with Takealot and they requested that I take pictures of all the barcodes and email it to them. I did as reuested only to receive another email from another individual requesting the same again. A week later I still dot have the frother or any resolution. Instead I receive a email at night saying that I requested a return and crefit on my account. They scheduled a date to pick up the return without confirming if it is a convenient date for me. Surely it is not that difficult to see that you have an extra frother in stock. I have ordered many items from Takealot but never experienced such bad client service. All I want ismy frother that was not included in the delivery.
