Takealot of ****!!!

Incorrect items delivered, spoken to four different call center agents, the last which decided to drop my call because the effort in resolving my problem seemed to difficult of a task to complete,

No straight answer can be given on how to resolve my issue, I have been redirected via mail to their website but the questions that are posted there does not fit the criteria,

I paid for a product that was not delivered, in it's place an uncalled for item was included, how difficult can it be to resolve this????
