Takealot numbers do not work and neighter does their traking system.

Takealot number *** just keeps on ringing (no answer) and their *** number just “drops” the line on you. On the 16th of March I ordered and paid for outside play equipment for my toddlers to play on because of the schools being closed… My order was then out for delivery on the morning of the 25th of March (delivery before 5pm). I had to take off from work as takealot cannot give you an estimate of delivery time. My package never arrived. Today is the 26th and their website still notes the delivery as “before 5pm on the 25th”. If I cannot get this equipment by the end of the week, I have no need for it and would like them to pay back the money into my back account.
