Normally I'm very satisfied with your service but yesterday was a very sad day seeing that I was left with a red face as the item I received intended as a gift to my wife was not the item ordered and paid for! I did not know that it would ever be such a hassle to get hold of you guys in terms of returns and therefore would appreciate it if you can collect this item and send me the correct Fitness Band as ordered as a matter of urgency. I was contected by Zoleka Anta and attaches the requested photos of the item ordered vs the item received to the return email but have since heard nothing back nor a confirmation of receipt. Please assist urgently in correcting this mishap!
