Takealot / Ntech

It is very disappointing to hear from Takealot that after purchasing a Ntech Q23 smart watch, replacement straps are neither stocked or available from their supplier.

After about 8 months, the strap simply tore / snapped in a few places and is not repairable.

The strap is unique and none of the generic straps on the market fit the watch.

A waste of money unless replacement or better quality straps are available.
