Takealot - Nothing but *******!!!!

I made an online purchase and paid for my goods on 01 May 2020. According to Takealot my goods were delivered on 04/05/2020 when i saw this immediately logged a call advising i had not received the cellphone i purchased and proceed to advise that i had cctv footage that showed no delivery person was at the complex on the date and time when their app tracker indicated they delivered the phone. To date I have had no concrete feedback as to where my goods are nor can they supply me with a receipt of the person they delivered to. I am at my wits end and will be opening a case of ***** and theft against takealot. I cannot get hold of anyone as their phone lines are down and emails are even fewer and far between with generic responses being sent. A lady by the name of Aneeqah Diedericks contacted me on Thursday 14/05/2020 and advised they were going to investigate and track the responsible delivery drivers gps as well as that they would try get the delivery to me the next day and still nothing no further feedback or communication from them. In these trying times this is the type of service you give to a once loyal customer? *****ing form people takealot you should be ashamed of yourselves!
