Takealot Not Willing to Make a Plan on Delivery

I placed an order with takealot.com on Friday May 15th and selected Guaranteed Delivery thinking I would get the parcel earlier. Takealot.com are unwilling to assist with changing the delivery date and/or cancelling the order so I can get the delivery earlier. Ordinary delivery would have been May 20th, now I must wait till May 23rd.

Maybe the just want to keep the R100 on the Guaranteed Delivery, and that is why they are making it so hard for me.

I find this extremely unprofessional. I logged a ticket on Saturday to try sort this out, and today I am still sitting with the problem.
