takealot not what it was anymore

lately when you order takealot it's nothing but disappointment. I choose the collect and pay an extra fee and then the date just move on as it pleases them. no more on time delivery and then you pay for that also. where delivery was free. No this is not the company it was before. My last order I cancelled a d ordered from Amazon and as promised got it the next day no fees at all. what is going on here?
