Takealot not what it used to be

I use to love Takealot and orders everything from them, but recently, items that shows "Get it tomorrow" almost always says a week later once you paid. There is no easy way to cancel the order once it is paid.

Also, items that I have been waiting for, more than week, just gets cancelled by Takealot. It happens all the time.
