Takealot not wanting to rectify an incorrect delivery

Unfortunately I cannot give a 0 star....

Takealot delivered a paper shredder instead of a gaming chair. I have been on the phone and email for almost a week and they do not know what to say.

I have asked for a supervisor but the agent put me through to a number that doesn't exist.

Bottom line is they do not respond to quesries.
