Takealot not up to standard

in a matter of 3 weeks they didn't got all three orders wrong . The first one they canceled on the day of delivery. The mirror they had to deliver yesterday was broken in the box, due to wreckeless driving. And my last order only had 1 of the 2 items I ordered.
