Takealot not trustworthy

I ordered a Samsung Gear S3 Frontier / Galaxy 46mm Compatible Soft TPU Bumper Case from takealot, The item was never delivered, however takealot insists it was delivered they even show that it was scanned by the courier, how is this even possible if it was never delivered. This is a low cost item and the value is no concern to me. If they do this with low value items imagine how high risk you run when a high value item is not delivered. I'm sorry I just cannot trust takelot anymore.
